Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by accommodation type.
Regardless of the reason for cancellation, all cancellations will be treated the same.
If the cancellation occurs within the last 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date (the check-in date counts as day 1), 100% of the amounts paid to that date will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs between the 30th and 14th days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, 30% of the amounts paid to that date will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs between the 13th and the check-in date, the guest will lose any amount paid up to that point.
If the cancellation notice is given within 48 hours of check-in, it will be deemed that the guest has booked the rental and agrees to pay the full amount for the booked stay.
If the owner cancels the reservation, they must provide proof of force majeure and must immediately return any amount received up to that point.
